I wanted to make this post so that I had somewhere to send people when they ask me the two most common questions that I get. Though I am not a medical provider or sleep tech and can’t reallllllyyyy answer, I can always try to send resources for people that were created by people who DO know what they’re talking about 🙂

The first question I get a ton: how do I stop ripping off my CPAP mask in the middle of the night?

Somehow, I never had this problem, but a lot of people do. So, I refer them to this video by the amazing Jason, who has the best CPAP YouTube channel ever.

The second inquiry I get a lot is people that are using CPAP religiously but are still tired. Honestly, there are a lot of reasons for this (don’t I know!) but in this video, Jason offers a simple thing to try that might help.
